WOW! What is this?

We witnessed these rings around the sun (and a horizontal rainbow) just this morning around 9:30 am. This, of course, is after the earthquake in Montreal that took place around 4:00 am. Is there some correlation between the earthquake, the horizontal rainbow and rings around the sun?
